Consultant will meet with an organization to strategize. An organization specific policy and procedure manual will be developed and if requested, presented and implemented.

• Mediation

An early neutral evaluation, with an aim to assist the parties in determining the future strategy of a case.

• File Reviews

Review STD/LTD files that require case management from an employer's perspective. Incorporate case management services versus paper processing.

• Presentations

Collaborate with the employers to identify educational requirements such as disability management, performance management and safety courses for supervisors and employees.

- Prepare presentation materials to support the required topics

- Coordinate and implement information sessions for stakeholders

- Provide speakers
