Since 1997, IRC has led the field of rehabilitation starting in the province of Saskatchewan. IRC has grown to become a Canadian company with a National presence providing health and wellness services to an extensive group of clients.

IRC provides services to clients ranging from employers, insurance carriers, government agencies and individuals. Services include short and long term disability management, return to work coordination, early intervention, occupational therapy services, medical and vocational case management, job search assistance, resume preparation, transferable skills analysis, vocational evaluations, human resource support services and more.

IRC understands that early intervention and a pro-active approach to case management will benefit the individual and the client by minimizing the degree and duration of disability.
